Purpose. Your privacy is important to us. The purpose of this Privacy Policy is to describe how Previon Solutions, LLC (“Previon”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) collects, uses and protects the data you provide to us when you visit and use www.previon.com (“website, “service”).

Scope; Third Party Sites. This Privacy Policy applies only to information we collect at and through the Previon website. Other referenced sites may be governed by their own separate privacy policies which are set forth therein. The Previon website may contain links to third party sites that are not owned or controlled by Previon.
Please be aware that we are not responsible for the privacy practices of such other sites. We encourage you to be aware when you leave the Previon website and to read the privacy statements of each and every website that collects personal information.
2. INFORMATION WE COLLECT AND WHY WE COLLECT IT
Information You Provide To Us. We collect certain personal information when you provide it to us, such as when you voluntarily provide personally identifiable information during use of the Previon website, register for an account, and when you electronically communicate with us.
This information may consist of the following:
Identity Data includes your name, username or similar identifier, title, gender, or date of birth.
Contact Data includes billing address, mailing address, email address and telephone numbers.
Technical Data includes internet protocol (IP) address, your login data, browser used, types and versions, time zone setting and location, browser plug-in types and versions, operating systems and platform, and other technology on the devices you use to access this website.

The information you voluntarily supply will be used by the Previon website to respond to your inquiries and/or supply you with requested information on the Previon website services. Previon complies with Federal and State law with respect to confidential data retention.
Information We Collect Automatically. We collect certain information automatically as you use the Previon website, such as general non-personal information used to help improve the Previon website. This may include items such as: usage information and device information such as the device you use to access the Previon website, including the hardware model, operating system and version, IP address, MAC address, and unique device identifier.
In addition, the Previon website may access your device’s image storage applications, with your consent, to facilitate your use of certain features of the Previon website. For more information about how you can control our access to these applications, please see “Your Choices” below. To administer the collection of non-personal information, authorized third parties may be utilized by the Previon website to collect, track, and process the general non-personal information described.
Information Collected Through Wix Analytics. We use a tool called “Wix Analytics” and may use other third-party analytic tools to collect information about use of the Previon website. Wix Analytics collects information such as how often users visit the Previon website and what pages they visit when they do so. We use the information we get from Wix Analytics only to improve the Previon website. Wix Analytics does not collect your name or other identifying information. We do not combine the information collected through the use of Wix Analytics with personally identifiable information. Although Wix Analytics plants a permanent cookie on your device to identify you as a unique user the next time you visit the Previon website, the cookie cannot be used by anyone but Wix. Wix’s ability to use and share information collected by Wix Analytics about your usage of the Previon website is restricted by the Wix Terms of Use and the Wix Privacy Policy.
Information Collected Through Cookies and Similar Technologies. We and our service providers may also use cookies, web beacons, and other technologies to receive and store certain types of information whenever you interact with the Previon website. No Information from Children under Age 18. If you are under the age of 18, please do not attempt to register with us at the Previon website or provide any personal information about yourself to us. 3. HOW WE USE AND SHARE YOUR INFORMATION
To Provide Products, Services, and Information. As described above, we collect information from you so that we can communicate with you and provide and deliver the information and services you have requested. We use your personal information to contact you about your orders, or to inform you about our other products and services available and new offerings from the Previon website. We may provide information to third party service providers that help us process orders and fulfill and deliver products and services that you request from us.
We may use third parties to help host the Previon website, send out email updates about the Previon website and the Previon website, provide marketing and advertising services for us, remove repetitive information from our user lists, and process payments. These service providers will have access to your personal information in order to provide these services, but when this occurs, we implement reasonable contractual and technical protections to limit their use of that information to helping us provide the service.

Please note that e-mails and other communications you send to us through the Previon website are not encrypted, and we strongly advise you not to communicate any confidential information through these means.
Data Retention. We will only retain your personal data for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes we collected it for, including for the purposes to satisfy any legal, accounting, or reporting requirements.
To determine the appropriate retention for personal data, we consider the amount, nature, and sensitivity of the personal data the potential risk of harm from unauthorized use or disclosure of your personal data, the purposes for which we process your personal data and whether we can achieve the purpose through other means, and the applicable legal requirements.
6. CALIFORNIA PRIVACY RIGHTS
The California Consumer Privacy Act went into effect on January 1, 2020, as supplemented by the California Privacy Rights Act which went into effect on January 1, 2023 (collectively, the “CCPA”). CCPA regulates how Previon handles personal information of California residents and gives California residents certain rights with respect to their personal information. Previon is both a “business” and a “service provider” under the CCPA. The following supplemental privacy policy applies to Information Previon collects in its role as a business. If you would like more information about how your Information is processed by such other companies, including companies that engage Previon as a service provider, please contact those companies directly.
The Privacy Policy shall continue to apply to the extent that it applies to you as a resident of California; however, if you are a resident of California, Previon also is required to disclose certain uses and disclosures in a certain format, as well as to inform you of certain rights you may have. As described in this supplemental privacy policy, Previon collects the Information from a variety of sources, including directly from you, from your devices through use and access to our website, and/or from other third-party service providers. Previon may share your Information with Third Parties as the term is defined under the CCPA.
Previon engages certain Third Parties to perform functions and provide services to us, including auditing, marketing, hosting and maintenance, error monitoring, debugging, performance monitoring, and other short term uses. We may share your Information with these Third Parties, but only to the extent necessary to perform these functions and provide such services. We require these Third Parties to maintain the privacy and security of the Information they process on our behalf.

7. CHANGES TO OUR PRIVACY POLICY
Our Privacy Policy may change from time to time. We will not reduce your rights under this Privacy Policy without your consent in accordance with applicable law. We will post the latest privacy policy change date on this page and, if the changes are significant, we will provide a more prominent notice (including, for certain services, email notification of privacy policy changes).
