Positions

SUMMARY:

The Project Manager role serves as the key role in all project management at the company. This includes scoping deliverables, managing, resources, time, and cost for all aspects of project completion for internal and external facing projects. The key requirements of this position include a wide-ranging knowledge of the software industry, Healthcare workflows, and excellent communication skills.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS/KEY ACCOUNTABILTIES:
• Manage multiple software development, operations, or process improvement projects
• Create or analyze business requirements documents and project timelines (as a backup to the primary BSA)
• Drive project execution, communicate with management and stakeholders, protect the team from uncontrolled work by ensuring all changes are managed and approved
• Leads team effort in relentless improvement, define and implement improvement stories to increase the velocity and quality of the program
• Implement and support project management principles, rules and processes
• Identify and eliminate project impediments and facilitate flow of work
• Facilitates preparation and readiness for planning and demonstration sessions
• Guides team in time estimating practices and facilitates team estimates with input from other teams
• Presents high-level project readouts for senior management
• Coordinate activities with other teams
• Coordinates with Operations, Development, and Release Management when necessary
• Facilitate team progress toward achieving defined goals and objectives
• Facilitates daily stand-up, iteration planning, Sprint Review, and iteration retrospective

OTHER RESPONSIBILTIES:
• Maintain an elevated level of accountability, recognizing the high-profile nature and security sensitivity of the Operations Department
• Adhere to the published duties as contained in the Company’s Policy and Compliance documentation
• Continuously adhere to all company policies
• Assist other teams as needed
• Excellent time management and ability to complete work under tight deadlines

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Requires Management of cross functional team members on a project basis, often as indirect reports

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
• Minimum of 10 years demonstrable experience, with experience in agile methodology and frameworks.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Healthcare
• Familiarity with various methods of project management and system analysis
• Mastery of documentation authorship and refinement using tools MS Word, Visio, PowerPoint
• Understanding of flowcharting methods and techniques
• Certification is a plus but not required (PMP and/or CSM are considered a plus)
• Strong understanding of various SDLC and Agile procedures to predict the development teams’ needs
• Passionate commitment to delivering products on time
• Comfortable with presenting project readouts to various audiences
• Deep understanding of agile metrics (tasks, backlog tracking, burndown metrics, velocity, user stories etc.) to analyze and improve sprint planning

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
• Exert up to 25 lbs. of force occasionally or a negligible amount of force frequently

• Office environment
• Infrequent interstate travel is periodically required. (Less than 10%)

SUMMARY:

The Materials Stager is responsible for day to day duties related to staging applicable materials for production. Duties include, but are not limited to, carton assembly, inventory management, quality control verification of assembled product, setup and breakdown of fulfillment stations, and any tasks assigned by the Warehouse Supervisor.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS/ KEY ACCOUNTABILTIES:
• Stage materials to be fulfilled
• Assemble cartons to be used in the fulfillment process
• Verify adequate inventory is staged to ensure production operates without disruption
• Collect completed materials to be shipped
• Stage completed kits for logistics team to ship

OTHER RESPONSIBILTIES:
• Assist Fulfillment Supervisor with warehouse duties, including but not limited to, inventory and facilities management
• Serve as a backup to logistics team
• Perform any tasks assigned by the Fulfillment Supervisor

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• None

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
• Working knowledge of ERP systems
• Highly motivated with strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Highly flexible and supportive to the Operations team

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
• Able to lift 25+ lbs.

SUMMARY:

The Shipping Coordinator is responsible for day to day duties related to shipping and receiving applicable materials. Duties include, but are not limited to, inventory receipt management, warehouse inventory control, loading and unloading of materials, and various tasks directed from the Warehouse Supervisor.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS/ KEY ACCOUNTABILTIES:
• Offload & receive incoming materials
• Purchase order verification and receiving
• Ensure items warehoused correctly by bin/ location
• Regularly perform inventory counts to verify physical counts match ERP system counts
• Load completed materials to be picked up by 3rd party shipper

OTHER RESPONSIBILTIES:
• Assist Warehouse Supervisor when related to warehouse duties including, but not limited to, inventory and facilities management
• Serve as backup to Staging Associate Team
• Perform tasks assigned by the Warehouse Supervisor

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• None

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
• Working knowledge of ERP systems related to inventory management
• Forklift Certified
• Highly motivated with strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Highly flexible and supportive to all operations

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
• Able to lift 25+ lbs.

WORKING CONDITIONS:
• Production/warehouse environment

SUMMARY:

The Fulfillment Supervisor is responsible for day to day duties related to kit assembly and shop production. Duties include, but are not limited to, performance management, quality control, reporting, staffing, and various tasks assigned by the Operations Manager.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS/ KEY ACCOUNTABILTIES:
• Maintain production goals
• Ensure sufficient materials are staged in conjunction with the warehouse supervisor
• Monitor staffing needs to ensure optimum production efficiency is met daily
• Perform quality control measures as needed for quality verification
• Manage daily production job completion by due date and/or priority

OTHER RESPONSIBILTIES:
• Assist Warehouse Supervisor with duties including, but not limited to, inventory, materials staging, and logistics management
• Perform tasks as assigned by the Operations Manager

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Ensure staffing levels are met in conjunction with our production needs
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
• Working knowledge of ERP systems
• Working knowledge of MS Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Forklift certified
• Highly motivated with strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Highly flexible and supportive to all operations

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
• Able to lift 25+ lbs.
