Positions

SUMMARY:

The sales executive will build and cultivate relationships that turn into revenue opportunities in one or more of the Previon lines of business. Cold calling, networking, and business development activities are required to land new business. The sales executive will have experience carrying discussions that are building custom or tailored solutions; coordinating internal and customer resources necessary to conclude the Statement of Work; and then continue leading the discussions into the implementation phase to ensure that the customer has a successful transition from sales to project implementation.

Call points are C-, V- and Director level contacts within teams in healthcare organizations that focus on Quality Measures, HEDIS, Health Screenings, STAR Ratings; as well as Medicare enrollee program compliance. The sales process can be lengthy and complex, and the person succeeding in the position will have a work experience and aptitude in any or all of the following: medical supply or medical test knowledge, printing and fulfillment, and software/technology.

The sales executive will be both a hunter to land net new accounts to the company; and a farmer, to continue cultivating and growing the revenue within existing accounts, with support of account manager and/or project managers that Previon assigns to the account or project(s).

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS/ KEY ACCOUNTABILTIES:

  • Achieves annual quota in assigned sales goal.
  • Maintains and grows client revenue with signed accounts.
  • Appropriately logs and forecasts all activity in Salesforce.com, maintaining current funnel.
  • Learns and demonstrates appropriate solutions, either in PPT presentations, or in actual software overview demonstrations, or both, to potential customers.
  • Ability to build a custom solution during the sales process.
  • Maintains territory, travel, and expense activity according to company policies.
  • Leads contract negotiations with customer, and works closely with Legal, Compliance, and Finance departments as necessary.
  • Gathers market and competitive intelligence and shares internally
  • Works with project management, account management, and development teams to ensure customer’s solution set is accurately scoped, priced, and implemented.
  • Commits to ongoing learning of the details of projects and customer’s use of our systems and resources to continually grow as an expert in the field.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

  • 7+ Years Sales Experience in consultative, solution sales, ideally in healthcare
  • Some experience in sales medical tests, medical supplies, and technology or software is highly desirable.
  • Ability to successfully work remotely and independently
  • Ability to travel
  • High level of experience and aptitude in creating and delivering PPT presentations
  • High level of oral and written communication skills
  • Experience in Excel and other programs
  • Ability to negotiate and have familiarity with complex contracting, to drive this process
  • Ability to develop and present cost benefit models
  • Experience with cold calling, networking and business development to generate new business

SUMMARY:

The Software Developer is responsible for .Net full stack development and maintaining our SaaS based client facing web applications. The Software Developer maintains applications and responds to incidents related to consistent operational status and assurance of established service levels. The ideal team member is motivated to serve, has excellent problem-solving skills, the ability to recognize new challenges, and creates solutions with input from technical teams, clients, and Senior Management.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS/ KEY ACCOUNTABILTIES:

  • Develop full stack web applications in a .NET and MongoDB environment to increase the speed and efficiency of Healthcare communication processes and grow our overall product offering
  • Design, develop, and maintain web applications using ASP.NET, MVC, C#, .Net 4.5 or higher, .Net Core, Angular/React/Vue, JQuery, RabbitMQ,, SQL and Mongo DB.
  • Maintain and build existing “mission critical” applications
  • Support and enhance key applications and IT systems
  • Research and adapt to emerging technologies
  • Assist in solving technology related problems
  • Respond to after-hours emergencies as directed by the Sr. Director

OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Maintain an elevated level of accountability, recognizing the high-profile nature and security sensitivity of HIPAA and OWASP
  • Work with client facing Project Managers to understand customer requests and provide solutions
  • Continuously adhere to all company policies
  • Assist other IT teams as needed

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

  • Strong experience of C#, ASP.NET, Angular/React/Vue, MVC, JQuery, RabbitMQ, Web API, MongoDB and SQL. Preference given to experience with Angular, MongoDB, and REST Web Services
  • Experience with system architecture, application design, database design and administration
  • Agile development process experience
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Self-driven team player with ability to work independently and multi-task
  • Proven record in setting and meeting project deadlines
  • Version control systems (e.g. Azure DevOps, Git, SVN, etc.)
  • Developing applications backed by RDBMS and NoSQL data stores (e.g. SQLServer, MongoDB, etc.).

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in CS, MIS, or related technology field preferred
  • 5+ years’ experience developing .Net full stack development using C#, ASP.NET, MVC and Angular
  • 2+ years’ experience in MongoDB is desirable
  • In-depth knowledge of JavaScript libraries and frameworks including jQuery

SUMMARY: This is a non-sales role.  The Key Account Manager is responsible for handling one or more large accounts and will be a lead point of contact in partnership with the Sr. Sales Executive that sells into the account.   This person will serve as the liaison between Sales and other internal team members supporting the client’s needs (dev-ops, project management and production coordination) who work on the client’s programs and projects.  The key account manager will handle day-to-day client matters, anticipate the client’s needs, work within the company to ensure deadlines for the client are met. The Key Account Manager will be a partner to the Sr. Sales Executive in finding upsell opportunities and helping the clients succeed.

Duties include:

  • Serving as liaison between key account contacts and internal stakeholders (sales, account managers, project managers, product managers, QA and Development, etc.)
  • Ensuring that ongoing resolution occurs, and staying ahead of key client issues and complaints, with proactive and timely communication internally, and with the key client
  • Developing a solid and trusting relationship between major key clients and company
  • Resolving key client issues and complaints
  • Developing a complete understanding of key account needs
  • Anticipating key account changes and improvements
  • Managing ongoing and regularly scheduled meetings and communications in management of the key clients ongoing projects
  • Collaborating with the sales team to discuss ideas for up-selling or cross-selling
  • Planning and presenting reports on account progress, to support the Sales Executive in their quarterly business reviews with the client
  • Meeting all client needs and deliverables according to proposed timelines
  • Analyzing client data to provide customer relationship management
