SUMMARY:

The executive assistant reports to the VP, Sales and Marketing and provides administrative support for our ever changing needs as we focus on organizational growth and change.  This role also provides additional project support for the President.  The person in this position will manage clerical tasks that may be either general or confidential in nature, create and/or manage spreadsheets, documents or presentations.  The executive assistant will assist in managing executive calendars, communications internally and externally, travel arrangements, and other general administrative tasks.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS/ KEY ACCOUNTABILTIES:

  • Provide administrative assistance, such as writing and editing emails, drafting memos, and preparing communications on the executive’s behalf
  • Maintaining comprehensive and accurate records, documents, and reports
  • Organize meetings, including scheduling, sending reminders and ordering catering when necessary
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and create itineraries
  • Create and manage a variety of excel spreadsheets, word documents, and PowerPoint presentations as requested
  • Prepare reports for executive team presentation

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

  • 2-3 Years Administrative experience
  • Time management and ability to meet deadlines
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
  • Problem solving and decision making skills
  • Ability to treat confidential information with appropriate discretion

SUMMARY:

Are you an analytical problem-solver who also has a knack for being a good listener and takes responsibility for great customer service? Do you excel at providing reliable IT infrastructure and support services for our teams? Can you assist with hardware and software installations, updates/upgrades, systems integrations, data backup, user permissions, and other IT related issues?

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS/ KEY ACCOUNTABILTIES:

  • Responding to users’ technical support requests
  • Responsible for the maintenance, configuration, monitoring, and reliable operation of desktop computers, network servers, security patches, phone systems, and virtualization platforms
  • Install and upgrade computer components and software, manage virtual servers, and integrate automation processes
  • Monitor performance and maintain systems according to specifications requirements
  • Troubleshoot issues and outages
  • Provide a resolution to issues in a timely manner with clear communications and escalation if needed
  • Handle multiple competing priorities and users as needed
  • Adhere to the published duties as contained in the company’s Policy and Compliance documents

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

  • Deep understanding of Active Directory domains, Microsoft 365, Group Policy, DNS, and DHCP
  • Deep understanding of system imaging, MDM, Sysprep, OS & Software deployment and updates
  • Deep understanding of network protocols; LAN, WAN, network segments, etc.
  • Working knowledge of network switches and firewall devices
  • Familiarity with cloud-based platforms
  • Familiarity with various operating systems
  • Working knowledge of script automations; ability to create scripts
  • Mastery of hardware, OS and application troubleshooting
  • Able to learn new systems and technology quickly
  • Able to effectively discuss, translate, and describe highly complex topics with both technical and non-technical audiences

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field, or related equivalent experience
  • System/Network administration and IT certifications in Microsoft, or other network-related fields are a plus
  • 6+ years experience in IT Operations within enterprise environment
  • Scripting (powershell, batch, vbscript, etc)
  • 2+ years experience using system/patch management tool and/or MDM
  • Resourcefulness and problem-solving aptitude

SUMMARY:

The sales executive will build and cultivate relationships that turn into revenue opportunities in one or more of the Previon lines of business. Cold calling, networking, and business development activities are required to land new business. The sales executive will have experience carrying discussions that are building custom or tailored solutions; coordinating internal and customer resources necessary to conclude the Statement of Work; and then continue leading the discussions into the implementation phase to ensure that the customer has a successful transition from sales to project implementation.

Call points are C-, V- and Director level contacts within teams in healthcare organizations that focus on Quality Measures, HEDIS, Health Screenings, STAR Ratings; as well as Medicare enrollee program compliance. The sales process can be lengthy and complex, and the person succeeding in the position will have a work experience and aptitude in any or all of the following: medical supply or medical test knowledge, printing and fulfillment, and software/technology.

The sales executive will be both a hunter to land net new accounts to the company; and a farmer, to continue cultivating and growing the revenue within existing accounts, with support of account manager and/or project managers that Previon assigns to the account or project(s).

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS/ KEY ACCOUNTABILTIES:

  • Achieves annual quota in assigned sales goal.
  • Maintains and grows client revenue with signed accounts.
  • Appropriately logs and forecasts all activity in Salesforce.com, maintaining current funnel.
  • Learns and demonstrates appropriate solutions, either in PPT presentations, or in actual software overview demonstrations, or both, to potential customers.
  • Ability to build a custom solution during the sales process.
  • Maintains territory, travel, and expense activity according to company policies.
  • Leads contract negotiations with customer, and works closely with Legal, Compliance, and Finance departments as necessary.
  • Gathers market and competitive intelligence and shares internally
  • Works with project management, account management, and development teams to ensure customer’s solution set is accurately scoped, priced, and implemented.
  • Commits to ongoing learning of the details of projects and customer’s use of our systems and resources to continually grow as an expert in the field.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

  • 7+ Years Sales Experience in consultative, solution sales, ideally in healthcare
  • Some experience in sales medical tests, medical supplies, and technology or software is highly desirable.
  • Ability to successfully work remotely and independently
  • Ability to travel
  • High level of experience and aptitude in creating and delivering PPT presentations
  • High level of oral and written communication skills
  • Experience in Excel and other programs
  • Ability to negotiate and have familiarity with complex contracting, to drive this process
  • Ability to develop and present cost benefit models
  • Experience with cold calling, networking and business development to generate new business

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

  • 4 Year Degree preferred
