Positions

SUMMARY:

The sales executive will build and cultivate relationships that turn into revenue opportunities in one or more of the Previon lines of business. Cold calling, networking, and business development activities are required to land new business. The sales executive will have experience carrying discussions that are building custom or tailored solutions; coordinating internal and customer resources necessary to conclude the Statement of Work; and then continue leading the discussions into the implementation phase to ensure that the customer has a successful transition from sales to project implementation.

Call points are C-, V- and Director level contacts within teams in healthcare organizations that focus on Quality Measures, HEDIS, Health Screenings, STAR Ratings; as well as Medicare enrollee program compliance. The sales process can be lengthy and complex, and the person succeeding in the position will have a work experience and aptitude in any or all of the following: medical supply or medical test knowledge, printing and fulfillment, and software/technology.

The sales executive will be both a hunter to land net new accounts to the company; and a farmer, to continue cultivating and growing the revenue within existing accounts, with support of account manager and/or project managers that Previon assigns to the account or project(s).

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS/ KEY ACCOUNTABILTIES:

  • Achieves annual quota in assigned sales goal.
  • Maintains and grows client revenue with signed accounts.
  • Appropriately logs and forecasts all activity in Salesforce.com, maintaining current funnel.
  • Learns and demonstrates appropriate solutions, either in PPT presentations, or in actual software overview demonstrations, or both, to potential customers.
  • Ability to build a custom solution during the sales process.
  • Maintains territory, travel, and expense activity according to company policies.
  • Leads contract negotiations with customer, and works closely with Legal, Compliance, and Finance departments as necessary.
  • Gathers market and competitive intelligence and shares internally
  • Works with project management, account management, and development teams to ensure customer’s solution set is accurately scoped, priced, and implemented.
  • Commits to ongoing learning of the details of projects and customer’s use of our systems and resources to continually grow as an expert in the field.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

  • 7+ Years Sales Experience in consultative, solution sales, ideally in healthcare
  • Some experience in sales medical tests, medical supplies, and technology or software is highly desirable.
  • Ability to successfully work remotely and independently
  • Ability to travel
  • High level of experience and aptitude in creating and delivering PPT presentations
  • High level of oral and written communication skills
  • Experience in Excel and other programs
  • Ability to negotiate and have familiarity with complex contracting, to drive this process
  • Ability to develop and present cost benefit models
  • Experience with cold calling, networking and business development to generate new business

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

  • 4 Year Degree preferred

DESIGN, DEVELOP, AND MAINTAIN WEB APPLICATIONS (ASP.NET MVC, C#, .NET 4.5 OR HIGHER, JQUERY, SQL AND MONGODB). MAINTAIN AND BUILD EXISTING PROPRIETARY APPLICATIONS. SUPPORT AND ENHANCE KEY APPLICATIONS AND IT SYSTEMS. RESEARCH AND ADAPT TO EMERGING TECHNOLOGIES. ASSIST IN SOLVING TECHNOLOGY RELATED PROBLEMS.

 

PROVIDE SUPPORT IN THE DEVELOPMENT PROCESSES WITHIN THE BRIDGECOM ENVIRONMENT TO AID AND ASSIST THE IN-HOUSE DEVELOPMENT. COMMUNICATE CLEARLY WITH PROJECT MANAGERS AND UPPER MANAGEMENT THROUGHOUT THE DEVELOPMENT OF THE PROJECT. ACCURATELY PROJECT A TIMELINE BASED UPON LIMITED SPECIFICATIONS. KEEP THE TEAM UPDATED ON PROGRESS AND ROADBLOCKS TO ACHIEVE DESIRED RESULTS.

 

QUALIFICATIONS: THIS POSITION REQUIRES A BACHELOR’S DEGREE (OR FOREIGN EQUIVALENT) IN COMPUTER SCIENCE, MANAGEMENT INFORMATION SYSTEMS OR IN A CLOSELY RELATED TECHNOLOGY FIELD, PLUS 3 YEARS OF WORK EXPERIENCE IN THE JOB OFFERED OR IN A CLOSELY RELATED OCCUPATION.

SUMMARY:

The Operations Manager – Production is responsible for oversight of Production for the facility. The primary accountability of the role includes oversight and managing production personnel. Additionally, the Operations Manager is responsible for identifying other potential opportunities for margin improvement. This position reports to the Director of Operations.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS/RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Works closely with the Operations Manager – Logistics, to ensure plant materials arrive in timely manner for projects and programs
  • Establishes clear direction with metrics and continuous improvement
  • Drive the company values and principles of managing with respect in all daily business affairs
  • Leverage analytical tools, business data, and financial information to improve the total performance of production capabilities for growth opportunities
  • Ensures decision making processes are consistent, unbiased and in the best interest of the company
  • Hands on approach, leading by example, and supporting change
  • Monitor manufacturing team to ensure operational compliance with safety standards
  • Liaise with all departments to ensure product quality and specification are consistent
  • Balances workload throughput
  • Analyze and provide solutions to manufacturing challenges or problems
  • Supervise the operations of manufacturing personnel to ensure the manufacturing process is within budget and time schedule
  • Cover staff roles and tasks in the event of leave, illness or in times of need
